Brand Abuse & Phishing Early Warning
We review indications of domains impersonating your brand — typo domains, fake shops or phishing pages. The analysis is passive, with multi-stage plausibility checks. Unclear or ambiguous matches are not presented as confirmed abuse but flagged separately for manual review. You receive a clear SKOPION report.
What we watch for
Attackers register domains resembling your brand — with typos, additions like ‘login’, ‘account’ or ‘parcel’, or unusual endings. Such sites serve phishing, fake shops or credential theft. We collect possible look-alike domains passively from publicly verifiable sources — without visiting the sites in question.
What we check
- Possible typo and look-alike domains for your brand
- Suspicious additions (e.g. login, account, parcel, service, secure)
- Public registration data and technical plausibility
- Comparison with your official and legitimate domains
- Separation: substantiated indication vs. unclear match
The assessment is a technical risk and plausibility review; unclear or ambiguous matches are not presented as confirmed abuse but flagged separately for manual review.
Our limits
- Fully passive — no interaction with the listed sites
- No exhaustive monitoring and no complete coverage of all domains
- No automated final verdict — unclear matches are reviewed manually
- Not legal advice and no final legal assessment
- No takedown or success guarantee
- Only legal, publicly verifiable sources
What you receive
- A clear SKOPION report with prioritised indications
- Clear separation of substantiated indications and unclear matches
- Notes for complaint (abuse contact) — submitted by you
- Optional recurring observation (managed assessment)
